1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of **Fast Scan** (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides QR and NFC-enabled physical products (cards, stickers, etc.) linked to a dynamic digital profile, which the user can manage via an online dashboard. Fast Scan provides the physical product, the digital platform for profile management, and real-time analytics.
3. User Obligations and Account Management
- **Accuracy:** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and profile creation.
- **Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- **Content:** You retain ownership of the data you upload to your profile but grant Fast Scan a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content in connection with the Service.
- **Prohibited Use:** You must not use the Service to host illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
4. Product Warranty and Limitations
Physical products are covered by a **90-day hardware warranty** against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Since profile updates are managed digitally, they are not subject to a refund or return based on data changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fast Scan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **[Jurisdiction, e.g., India]**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
