Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are customized, we offer refunds only under specific conditions.
1. Non-Returnable Items (Custom/Personalized)
Due to the customized nature of our QR and NFC products (which are linked to your unique profile and often feature custom printing), we **do not accept returns or offer refunds** for the following reasons:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect personal details provided by the customer during profile setup (which can be updated instantly via the dashboard).
- Minor color or finish variations from digital mockups.
2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement (Manufacturing Defects)
You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if the product meets one of the following criteria within **30 days** of delivery:
- The product arrived damaged (physical defect).
- The NFC chip or QR code is verified as permanently non-functional due to a manufacturing fault.
- The product received does not match the approved design specifications for the custom order.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at **hello@fastscan.com** within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photo/video evidence of the defect.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) and will cover the return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection, we will either initiate a replacement order or process a full refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Digital Service Refunds
Refunds are not applicable to digital services (dashboard access, analytics, profile management) as these services are perpetually active upon purchase of the physical product.
