Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment. This includes the time needed for design, profile programming, and final product quality checks.

• **Standard Products (PVC Cards, Stickers):** 3–5 business days.
• **Custom Orders (Standees, Unique Materials):** 7–14 business days (following final design approval).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location, displayed at checkout.

• **Standard Shipping:** 5–7 business days (after processing). Free for orders over ₹3000.
• **Express Shipping:** 2–3 business days (after processing). Available for a flat fee.
• **Rush Delivery:** Available for custom orders via consultation only.

3. Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Limitations

Fast Scan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are also not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
