Shipping Policy

Timelines and procedures for receiving your smart products.

1. Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment. This includes the time needed for design, profile programming, and final product quality checks.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location, displayed at checkout.

3. Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Limitations

Fast Scan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are also not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
